MCHC offers a Wellbeing Specialist to employee benefit Plan Members
MCHC’s Employee Benefit Plan and Trust (EBP) adds value to their member hospitals by offering access to a wellbeing specialist who is responsible for collaborating with member hospitals to build health strategies or recommend wellbeing best practices that lead to the execution of programs, services and events that target the health of the hospitals employee population.
MCHC’s EBP wellbeing specialist acts as resource to help individual wellness initiatives, sharing ideas and acting as an expert to help minimize medical costs.
Some services provided by the wellbeing specialist include data analysis and recommendations for worksite health promotion programming, conference calls open to all EBP member hospitals to share ideas and discuss what is working for hospitals in their wellness programs, resources about best practices and how to implement them and a commitment to partner with member hospitals to help them develop as an employer with a “best in class” culture of wellness.
