- Generate over $340 million in sales tax alone.
- Generate high-paying and sustainable employment opportunities —with an average salary and benefits package of $80,206.
It is anticipated that hospitals will generate 37,687 additional jobs to the metropolitan Chicago area economy by 2020. This would amount to 3,769 new jobs annually.
